WHAT IS MASSAGE THERAPY?

Massage therapy help with pain, reduces stress and anxiety, relax the muscles and rehabilitate injuries.

For many healthy people with no chronic conditions, massage is simply enjoyable. Many people find massage immediately calming and relaxing.

Massage reduces cortisol levels (a stress-inducing hormone) while increasing other hormones that positively affect well-being (including dopamine and serotonin).

Massage Therapy can be used to treat problems with muscles, tendons and ligaments. (Back, neck and shoulder pain or sports injuries.)

I will talk to you about your health history and any problems you are experiencing. Make sure you tell me about any conditions you have or the medicines you are taking.

I will discuss how I am going to treat you.
